Over the past months, care team at Richmond Dermatology has been working to establish new protocols and safety measures so that you can continue to rely on us for all of your skincare needs. After much preparation, we can confidently increase our availability for all types of appointments.

In order to responsibly see patients, we ask that you help us by supporting and following the below safety measures.

	Upon arrival, you will walk to the front of the building following the appropriate arrows. Each patient will complete a questionnaire with one of our screeners to assess their risk of having been exposed to COVID-19.
	After you are screened and checked in for your appointment, you will be instructed to wait in your car. Once your exam room is ready, we will give you a call to enter the building.
	It is required that you wear a mask at all times, unless and until directed by your provider in the exam room.

Your safety is our utmost priority. We have proactively increased the rigor of our sanitization protocols, modified our schedules to allow more time to clean between appointments and continue to offer virtual Telehealth appointments as a viable option to meet with one of our physicians. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of an infection (fever, cough, chills and shortness of breath) or have an underlying medical condition that makes you more susceptible to COVID-19, please stay home.
